Here are some current stats, as with all things, this too, can change.
In 1980 the nations total debt per person was less then $90,000 – adjusted to 2009 dollars. Today the nations debt per person is $186,717.
While most of our grandparents owned 80% of their house, in 2007 the typical homeowner only really owned 4 rooms of a 8 room house.
Now we are at the point that one out of six homeowners is now underwater with their mortgage.
We have not yet come to the peak in foreclosures, we will go from 40% of all homes sales to 100% be the end of 2009 in the USA. That means as one house is bought another one is lost.
It is time to invest in the people -
