Hello everyone –

There have been a slew of emails coming in from people wondering what is going on with their thoughts and being in touch with reality.

You know that feeling, you set your keys down and then they are not there and you can’t seem to find them?
You go from one room to another and forgot what you went there for?
Just trying to do simple things like balance the check book or dealing with numbers and for some reason they do not make sense?
You might even be ‘seeing’ things out of the corner of your eye, but when you look there is nothing there?

Is a strong sense of anxiety running thru you, even tho all things around you look calm, peaceful, and going along fine.

As we are moving out of the 3rd dimensional frequency and into the 5th dimension our physical, emotional, and mental bodies will also be going thru changes. If you are staying in tune with the energy changes as they are happening you will be less affected then everyone else around you.

Oddly enough it is that simple.

So what does this mean, staying in tune with the energy around us? As the earths energy is rising, and we have absolutely no control with it, we have to give ourselves the time to rise along with it. These numbers and instructions are only if you are doing one of these listed. If you choose to do several things on the list the amount of exercise can be lowered.

This can be up to and including but not limited to,
yoga – 3 times a week, 1 ½ hours each
meditation – 6 days a week, 30 minutes a day
thi chi – 2 times a week, 1 ½ hours each
running either on a track or treadmill – 5 days a week, 30 minutes
stairmaster – 3 days a week , 20 minutes a day

This frequency update and change can only be done by working out, or getting into a guided meditation. There are no drugs, herbs, or other substance that can do this in lieu of this list.

So happy work out to you, and remember it is going to help keep that peace of mind.
